  1. Make a habit to always carry a water bottle,whenever you are going out. This gives you the convenience of drinking water anytime & anywhere.
  2. Set your aim to drinking enough water as per individual need. Recommendation is to have 8-10 glass water per day
  3. Set a reminder in your phone or health band to drink water. If you are too busy and tend to forget things, technology can help to copup.

It is also noticed that many people are not able to drink enough water as they don’t appreciate the taste of it. One of the solutions is to add slices of your favorite fruits, this also makes it detox water which even further helps to remove impurities from the body.
